Mahua FunAge entertainment culture media co., LTD., since it was established in2003 in Beijing, has initiated the concept of "Stage Plays for New Year Celebration" and impressed the audience by the tenet of "serving for people’s entertainment". Then,it has introduced the form of joke stage play and received more widespread attention.Mahua FunAge, as its subsidiary company, with the continuous development of this year, has gradually become one of the art teams that receive the highest attention in Tianjin. Through the way of paperwork and reviewing field, the author has conducted research on the functioning of its repertory management, capital management, marketing management and human resource management to give the abstract theory results in accordance with practice, which provides the theoretical foundation for operation management of liberal arts market.
