Study On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System In Henan Province

Public culture service system conduct system design,product supply and system construction in order to ensure the implementation of the people’s basic cultural rights.The purpose is to enrich the spiritual life,spread advanced culture,and constantly satisfy the people’s cultural needs,safeguard people’s basic cultural rights and interests.In recent years,public cultural construction investment in henan province has a steady rise. Covering urban and rural public cultural service facilities network has almost been established. Public cultural service system construction has made significant achievements. However,compared with the spirit of the people’s growing cultural needs,and compared to the aim of constructing public cultural service system,the level of public cultural service system remains to be improved.Accelerating the establishment of modern public cultural services system,is the important measures to ensure and improve people’s livelihood and is the inevitable requirement of comprehensively deepen reform of the cultural sector promoting the development and prosperity of cultural industry.Therefore, it is a key that how to construct a more scientific and more efficient public cultural service system. This thesis selects the public culture data indexes in henan province as content analysis,because of it has the representation and authenticity can directly understand the current status and problems in the public cultural services system development in henan province. Combining with the related theory of reform of supply-front and analyzing the factors of the increase in public cultural service ability,our government attempts to define the center of the current public cultural service system construction.
