As a symbol of our national culture,we should make it have a profoundly long history. And also It is the spiritual and cultural foundation for the future in the development of national culture, intangible cultural heritage and cultural heritage are china nation’s valuable treasure.It play an important role in human history.It’s an important significance that cultivate national spirit and make socialist culture develop by the protection of intangible cultural heritage,innovation and use. Time-tested non-material cultural heritage since ancient until now is priceless.This thesis is to research intangible cultural heritage of Wuhe County. It is detailed to introduce the intangible cultural heritage of Wuhe County that Start from the culture of Huai River Valley and present a solution to the work in the protection, exploitation and use. The first part of the thesis is about research background and significance, the domestic and foreign experience of my research. And the job frame proposing studying in thesis.The second part of the thesis mainly introduce the geographical profile of Wuhe County and discuss the problem of Wuhe County in Huai River Valley. A total of 200 project teams about intangible cultural heritage are distribution in Wuhe County. Based on the data of the investigation about intangible cultural heritage in Wuhe County, We divided the cultural heritage into eight broad categories and elaborate about folk literature、folk music and dance、folk religion and seasons. Then we discuss the relationship between intangible cultural heritage of Wuhe and Huai river culture on the foundation of concrete facts. For the above factors, we introduced four characteristics of intangible cultural heritage in Wuhe County:wide varieties, superior quality, exploit highly; include entertainment and usability, participation highly; obvious feature of Huaihe culture,have great research value;lack of manual skills. With the analysis of specific items, we concluded five values of intangible cultural heritage in Wuhe County:historical and cultural value, art aesthetic value, spiritual value, educational value and economic value.The third part of this thesis is about the protection status and the main issues of intangible cultural heritage of Wuhe County.At firs, the work is based on the development of intangible cultural heritage of Wuhe County in recent years.There can be divided into seven parts:starting from the government level,establish and protect specialized agency; carry out the general survey of intangible cultural heritage in the county; establish the forth level intangible cultural heritage projects and inheritors, energetically promote and build an protective atmosphere of intangible cultural heritage; pay attention to construction of intangible cultural heritage base; publish books and audio-video products. Then we can analyze problems about the protection of Wuhe County intangible cultural heritage in three contexts by seeking truth from facts. The government faces problems in strengthening the protecting system、 protecting fund and professionals, the social faces problems in strengthening the protecting consciousness、globalization integrality and cultural transmission. And also there are some problems existing in intangible cultural heritage. In the aspect of folk literature local culture clashed with exotic culture. To dance and art, the Chinese people and westerners also have differences on aesthetic standards. Traditional custom do not assort with modern life will be an impediment to Wuhe intangible cultural heritage development.The fourth part of the thesis presented the solution if problems arise in development of Wuhe intangible cultural heritage. The government should make correct understanding, building a service-oriented government, increase investment, strengthen the construction of talent team construction and the rule of law; the society should raise public awareness, create atmosphere and intangible cultural heritage protection, mobilization social forces into the background of the cultural construction of Huai river; intangible cultural heritage items themselves should strive to change the development mode, and the era of fusion, fusion and the masses of the people. On this basis, and actively promote the industrialization of intangible cultural heritage, so that the organic combination of market economy and non complement each other.
