| Two Chinese piano works named after the Drum were born in the 20 th century, one was wrote by the famous composer Qu Wei in 1940 s, who learned the most familiar musical languages from Anhui folk song "Feng Yang drum" and Chinese folk song Mo Li Hua ". The other piece was produced by an influential composer Xi Qiming in 1970 s, he made use of characteristics of Hunan local folk songs and the local folk tones according to the close relationship between the Hunan local folk song " The maid mode "and“Liu Haikan Qiao". In this work, the lively rhythms of drums and gongs run throughout the whole song,and it depicts the youths’ vigorous spirits.This paper draws lesson from the idea of ethnomusicology, “study musicin cultures”. Two piano works are studied under the field of vision of durm culture, and the author sorts out the historical evolution of flower drum art, summarizes the characteristics of the flower drum art, and compares and analyzes the two piano works’ musical forms on the basis of former summary. Furthermore, combining with the historical background of the development of Chinese piano music, this paper discusses how the two composers use the technical means, piano, to express Chinese old-line folk durm songs and dances art vividly and lifelike.And author tries to analyze and make a research on the specific performance and teaching of the two pieces, and the literature method, analytical search, music history research method, comparative method and other methods are used to reveal the cultural connotation and artistic value of music, it aims to make more people, especially young friends, know and understand the durm art, pay attention to learning and playing Chinese piano works, love Chinese piano music, clearly sense that the piano skills are just as a kind of technical means, constantly promote and inherit the our own traditional culture, and let the Chinese traditional music and art step to the world, also prosper the content of Chinese piano music culture.Key words:... |
