As a woman, Li Qingzhao has a significant influence and position in the world of Ci-poetry. Since the Song Dynasty, there are plenty research on the Yi An’s poetry while most of them are repetition and the quality is patchy. The introduction of western cognitive poetics theory extends the research field of poetry and have a wide research space of the nature poetry.Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the Yi An’s poetry under the theory which emphasizes metaphor as a cognitive and thinking style. This paper is divided into four parts.The main statement of first part is the study importance, research summary, creative and methods for this project. The second chapter divided the Yi An’s poetry into three stages on a overall view, and then analyzes the conceptual metaphor to explore the changes of Li Qingzhao, such as gloomy mood aroused in the boudoir, her worries about love and the unfavorable turns in her life, etc. The third chapter has combines the conceptual metaphor theory with the artistic feature to analyze the language style. Because of the different cognitive, the fourth part attempts to find out the artistic features and emotion of female by comparing Li Qingzhao with the male poets from the aspect of the same source domain in their works.
