Research On The Financing Mode Of China’s Culture Industry

Cultural development, is the way to achieve great rejuvenation of Chinese nation and an important part of the "China dream". Cultural industry,as a new contributor to economic growth, has been paid close attention and given policy support by the party and the government in recent years. The year 2016,as the start of the “13 Five-Year plan”, will definitely be the right year to promote the further development of cultural industry in our country. The popularity of "Public Entrepreneurship, People’s Innovation" contributes to the mass liberation of culture productivity, and provides a new engine for the development of cultural industry as well. To integrat cultural industriy with various social forces, especially financing industry, is an irresistible trend to adapt to the new situation in the age of innovation and achieve development and prosperity of cultural industry.The development of cultural industry would need financial support from financing industry. Meanwhile, financing industry, which would regard cultural industry as target of numerous capital, is also stimulated by the the rapid development of our nation’s cultural industry as well as the growing spiritual and cultural demand. The intersection of cultural industry and financial industry is the financing mode of cultural industry. The creative mode is the key to mature culture industry, and produces significant influences on the healthy development of cultural industry and the sound establishment of cultural market system in China.Therefore how to overcome the problems which restrict the healthy development of cultural industy, and set up financing modes of cultural industry to adapt to the current situation of China is a very important topic.First of all, embarking from the definition of cultural industry and financing, this article introduces the features of the culture industry financing. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of cultural industry’s financing in our country and introduces two kinds of modes in the internal and external way, combined with the optimal sequence financing theory and financial growth cycle theory. Also, it illustrates its bottleneck from three perspectives(the enterprise itself, the government and financial support), pointing out several problems such as insufficient capital accumulation within enterprises, imperfect policies and supporting measures of the government as well as capital market restrictions and so on. In addition,, the paper analyzes the valuable financing experience from some foreign developed countries such as Britain, the United States, and Japan, from which we can get reference and enlightenment.Lastly, the author proposes three new modes, from both external(facilities) and internal(mode) perspectives analyzing and referencing modes such as PPP, crowd-funding, securitization of intellectual property rights, and the new three board financing mode, to provide diversified angles to develop our country’s cultural industry.
