Chinese Talent Teaching Research Of Confucius Institute At Kyrgyzstan Natioanl University For Nationalities

It has been reached an agreement that language learning is inseperable from culture.With the rise of international Chinese education in the world, Confucius Institutes have been playing important roles in Chinese cultural exchange with foreign countries. More and more people pay more attention to how effectively and efficiently to carry out Chinese cultural education in Confucius Institutes especially how to carry out Chinese talent teaching and enhance Chinese influnce while Chinese teaching itself is still valued.This thesis is aimed at summarizing the experiences and shortcomings in Chinese talent teaching at Confucius Institute of Kyrgyzstan National University for Nationalities(hereinafter referred to as Jiminda Confucius Institute)through the Chinese talent teaching status at this Confucius Institute. The main experiences are three aspects: binding teaching with the local concrete situations, cultivating students from multi-angles and offering many kinds of display platforms. And the reasons why this Confucius Institute can get those experiences are that it establishes the importance of teaching talent, teachers are responsible for their job, teachers use edutainment teaching strategy and students and university cooperate actively. We are going to enhance the Chinese talent teaching specilization, improve teaching arbitrariness and continuity which are caused by management level, teachers’ level, textbooks’ and teaching appliance’s level, teaching-site’ level and students’ level. It must be helpful to improve Chinese talent teaching level, let Chinese talent teaching make better service for Chinese languge teaching and let Confucius Institutes make better service for international exchange and communication of Chinese culture.
