Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Minimum Subsistence Guarantee System Running For Urban Residents Of Jilin Province

Urban minimum living security system is a social security system for theprotection of our country and citizens’ fundamental right to life and the need tomaintain a minimum standard of living of residents established, from the1990s to thepresent, Jilin Province were economic system and social structure reform andrestructuring, during the economic reform and social transformation period,continuous urban rich-poor divide serious problem as a constraint to the rapiddevelopment of economic and social factors in Jilin Province. During the economicreform process, due to the emergence of the unemployed and laid-off urban residentsand the emergence of other conditions, resulting in poor urban residents in Jilinphenomenon is very prominent. Jilin Urban Poverty form has undergone new changes,gradually expanding the scope, while increasing extent, Jilin urban poverty causedthe focus of society. In Jilin Province, established the urban minimum living securitysystem is to maintain the social protection system in our country last lifeline.To maintain the stability of Jilin Province, Jilin happy life to protect the people,promote the rapid social and economic development of Jilin Province, raising thecity’s residents happiness index, so as to realize the people ’s minimum living securitysystem.
