Research On A New Type Of Rural Community Construction In Gili District, Luoyang

It is pointed out in the party’s18th general membership meeting report that building a well-off society in an all-round way and deepening opening up comprehensively can improve the quality of urbanization obviously and optimize agricultural modernization and new rural construction significantly, by which mechanism of regional harmonious development can mainly formed. How to meet the peasants this growing material and cultural needs has become a major issue that construction of a harmonious socialist society needs to solve. In2011, Gili district party committee and government issued an opinion about speeding up the construction of new rural community in Gili, which aims to build a new socialist countryside. This paper, using three kinds of research methods (literature research, individual interview and comprehensive analysis), analysis the new rural community construction problems in Gili District, including the current situation, existing problems, summarize experience, and countermeasures. The first part of study expounds the research background, the domestic research status, ideas, methods, difficulties and innovation points. Meanwhile, the second part analysis realistic significance of the new rural community construction. The third part, the investigation and analysis, excavates existing problems in the process of its construction. The fourth part, aiming at the problems in the construction process, and puts forward ideas and countermeasures. There are three innovations. One is research content innovation, which makes up the GiLi District research gaps in the new rural community construction. Secondly, research Angle of innovation, makes a concrete analysis on cultural elements, with a carding the development train of thought, strong pertinence, timeliness and operability. The three is the study of regional innovation, GiLi District specific demonstration village as the research object, has broken the tradition only concerns about the theory of urbanization development and ignore the actual construction of the new rural community demonstration site.
