Planning And Implementation Of Management Tesearch On The Project Of Building A Pioneer Modeling City-Nanning

Based on the situation and feature of building of a long-term mechanism for being an excellent grass root Party committee and Party member, and the innovation in improving scientific level of Party building in Guangxi and Nanning in particular, this essay takes the innovation project of building Nanning into a pioneer modeling city as the subject and analyzes it in terms of the launch, planning, management, implementation, and performance evaluation of the project, to explore methods and experience of building the pioneer modeling city on project basis, establishing the long-term mechanism for being an excellent Party committee and member, as well as improving Party’s advantage on project basis.This research is targeted on a specific innovation project of Party building, which is manageable and replicable.
