Research On The Risk Management Of Renovation And Reformation Project In Nanning City Emergency Linkage System

In order to improve the emergency information technology of public network security, it is extremely necessary to upgrade the City Emergency linkage System. This paper, on the bases of Hall’s Three Dimensions structure systems engineering methodology, case studies in Nanning City, first discusses the risk identifying system in the updates and transformation of the Emergency linkage System, and then is intended to explore the application of analytic hierarchy process on risk assessment and management. It is significant to reduce the potential risk of renovation and reformation project in City Emergency linkage System.
