The Cooperation Relationship Between State And Society

Abstract:early since the foundation of PRC, with the highly centralized executive power under the planned economy system, state made a reverse digestion to society which is originally from the society. The relationship between state and society is in a state of a distortion. After the the reform and opening up in1978, society gradually separated from state and got a development. There were continuous relationship improvement and cooperation between state and society. The transformation process reflects in many utilities. As one of the most important public construction in our country, poverty alleviation and the relevant policy evolution highlights the development of the relationship between state and society. In this article, the transformation of the relationship between state and society is divided into3periods by the poverty alleviation node to elaborated the performance of the relationship between state and society, and its impacts and the causes. The divided3periods are nothingness of the relationship between state and society, state’s actual exclusion to society, state’s selective absorption to society, state and society gradually cooperation. In the end, the author made a further outlook of the relationship between state and society, so as to provide theoretical reference for the construction of utilities in our country.
