The Research Of Public Participation In Social Governance Under The New Normal

The party’s eighteen plenary session made "Decision on major issues concerning the comprehensive deepening of reform", pointed out the need to improve and develop the socialism with Chinese characteristics, to promotethe modernization of national governance system and governanceability. Social governance as an important part of national governance system, is the focus of the current comprehensive deepening reform. From social management to social governance, is the comprehensive reform of value and system in social construction field, is the major breakthrough of theory and practicein social construction. To strengthen the research of social governance, there are important significanceto further enrich the study of the theory of the social construction of the contemporary Marx, to perfectthe Theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper bases on the background of the development of Chinese new normal, chooses the theme of public participation in social governance, combines with China’s strategy of economic、political、 cultural、 social、 ecological civilization construction, tries to analyze the problems、reasons of social governance under the new normal,points out and demonstrates the public participation in social governance isthe inherent requirement and the power source of China’s liberation and development of social productivity,and puts forward the new thought and realization path of public participation in social governance.
