The social structure of The People’s Republic of China has been undergoing deep changes along with the deepening of the Reform and Opening-up and also along with the gradual acceleration of agriculture system reform. Nowadays, the mechanism of dispute-resolution is imperfect, and its processes are bounded. The principal parts of dispute-resolution are weak and the resources of it have been used out-of-balance. Such these problems make the dispute-resolution in Hubei rural with a lot of trouble. To defuse the disputes in rural community today, only by legal construction or those unordered methods in the past is uesless. We need to contact the development needs of the rural community, and recognize the subjective and objective factors about the works of mediating disputes. To ensure the favourable development of the rural society in various fields, and then improve the works of mediating disputes in Hubei rural with the rule of justice and efficiency. In addition, balancing the social remedy and the public remedy relation will make the dispute-resolution works more sufficiently.
