Research On The Mechanism Of Dispute Resolution In Rural Areas

In October 2014,the Communists 18 plenary session to establish diversified dispute resolution mechanisms for the rule of law in China-building goals.In April 2015,the diversified reform of the dispute settlement mechanism of the Supreme People's Court held a national court would work.October 2015,the Central leading group on deepening reform of 17 th meeting made it clear that we should improve the mechanism for disputes and diversified solutions.With more highly valued by national diversified dispute settlement mechanism and diversified dispute resolution mechanism in the countryside during the transitional period has gradually become an important subject of governance in the rural areas.With the current reform and opening into deeper waters,rural society into the transition period.Accelerating urbanization,mobility and more frequent rural social strangeness period of rural society in transition are emerging new conflicts and disputes.However disputes the diversity,mass organizations,grassroots,grass-roots justice obviously cannot meet the current needs of rural disputes settlement.Therefore,by analyzing the sort transformation theory of rural,which combine theory with practice,study in Wenzhou transforming rural practice results in dispute settlement mechanisms,further explore diversified dispute settlement mechanisms in the area of specific issues,and through theoretical analysis,ultimately to improve the system feasible path.This article reads as follows:First chapter discusses the theory of transformation of rural disputes settlement mechanism,through the analysis of rural,transformation in rural disputes,specific concepts such as transformation of rural disputes settlement mechanism and,therefore,the subject of this article,laying theFoundation for next part of practice.Chapter II dispute resolution practice in Wenzhou,by solving the dispute subject classification for the Interior health authority,health authority,to form a distinct,clear examination of the context described,which leads to the third part of the analysis on the practice.Chapter inadequate against the new authorities,rural committees weakens,the loss of authority in villages and towns,grass-roots judicial difficulties are all the analysis to identify root causes of problems.The fourth chapter on the concrete analysis of the above issues,theory and practice results combine the perfect path to propose feasible.
