In the following, this paper discusses and analyses the risking prevention practice of government purchase of public services of the United Kingdom,the United States, France the three western developed countries and the Xuanwu district of Beijing, Nanjing Gulou district, Shanghai Putuo district, and finally on the basis of the experience, combining with China’s national conditions, puts forward China’s government purchase public service risk prevention measures. These measures include optimizing of administrative environment, which provides favorable security for the risk prevention; Regulating the behavior of government purchase, as an important premise of the risk prevention; perfecting the information disclosure and supervision mechanism to strengthen the system foundation of the risk prevention; improving the social organization management ability to form the inner power of the risk prevention.changing the concept of the public to open the way to prevent risks. Finally, realize the sustainable development of government purchase of public services in China.
