A Study On CPC’s Theory And Practice Of Mass Line After The 18^th CPC National Congress

The mass line of Communist Party of China(CPC) has been formed by applying the historical materialism and creativity of Marxism epistemology into the Chinese revolutionary practice. It has been the basic working line that constantly enriched and developed under the socialist construction and reforming practice as well as the vital component and one of the living souls of Mao Zedong thought and lifeline of CPC with its rich connotations, including the mass viewpoints and working methods, which is the unification of viewpoints and methods. Since the 18 th National Congress of CPC, with the constant impending of the struggling “Two Centenary Goals” and the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, the governing circumstances of the Party has changed historically. The challenge of governing, reform and opening, market economy and external environment that faces the Party is long-term, complex, severe and the dangers of idleness, incompetence and divorcing from the mass and negative corruption sharply face the Party. In order to adapting to the new tasks and new situation and tackling with new tests and new challenges, the Party Central Committee led by General Secretary Xi Jinping puts much emphasis on the implementation of the Party’s mass line and develops the mass line educational practices that are practical and incorruptness for people, which has achieved remarkable results.Starting from the concept of mass line, this paper manifests the content and philosophical foundation of Party’s mass line, analyzes the socio-historical conditions for the Party’s mass line since the 18 th National congress from the theoretical foundation, historical basis and realistic requirements, briefly discusses the mass line process that has been implemented since the 18 th National Congress, summarizes the creative development on the theory and practice of the Party since 18 th National Congress and reveals the remarkable significance on the creation of the Party’s mass line since 18 th National Congress.
