Research On The Innovation And Development Of The Party's Mass Line Since The 18th Cpc National Congress

Since its inception,the communist party of China has been faced with a complex struggle environment and a grim domestic and international situation.In the more than 90 years of growth,it has always been able to firmly believe in faith,stick to the original mission,adhere to the combination of marxism and China's concrete reality,led the people to create and develop the party's mass line,and promoted the construction process of China's socialist cause.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the party's mass line work has faced some new opportunities and challenges.The opportunities are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the comprehensive implementation of the political system;The work of strictly governing the Party was carried out in an all-round way;Insist that the Party attaches great importance to the people;The comprehensive development of service-oriented government and service-oriented political party construction;New media technology expands the channels of mass line.The main challenges are as follows: some cadres' lack of governance ability affects the effectiveness of governance;Anti-corruption work is difficult;The complicated appeal for the interests of the masses leads to the crisis of confidence in the Party;The ideological struggle under the blending of multiple cultures impinges on the ruling foundation of the Party.In view of the above new situation,the author analyzes and studies the new theory and practice of the party's mass line innovation and development since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)from the theoretical and practical aspects.Theoretical innovation and development include two theoretical aspects:people-centered and rich and close ties between the party and the masses,including adhering to the people's principal position,enriching the value concept of the mass line with the "Chinese dream",adhering to the correct concept of mass work,serving the construction of party conduct and party discipline and the mass line.Practical innovation and development are manifested in the educational practice of learning education and mass line.We will fight against poverty and win a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Establishing a long-term mechanism for the work of the mass line;Exploring new ways to practice the party's mass line involves eight major practices,including learning and education practice,targeted poverty alleviation mechanism,targeted poverty alleviation strategy,long-term supervision mechanism,cadres' ability to work with the masses,and taking the mass line online.The great achievements of the party's mass line show that to follow the mass line well,we must not forget the historical path,follow the current path,and create a path for the future.
