Around the world are facing a serious problem of population aging,Our country has a large number of people,aging population is facing serious challenges.In2000, China began to enter the aging society,elderly population is growing rapidly.Recently, the aging population has ushered in the peak growth.Large population, high elderly population, will lead to the pension issue has become the focus of our government livelihood issues of concern.Pension service in the public service category, the basic duty of government is for the masses to provide basic public services. How to solve the pension problem, it becomes our government has long been a subject of study. At present, China adopted a policy of government purchase pension services, namely, led by the government to mobilize all social forces to participate, by way of purchase, purchase pension services to social organizations, third sector and other non-governmental organizations, to alleviate the problems of pension bring heavy pressure.
