The eighteen-report of the Communist Party of China points out: strengthening social construction is an important guarantee of social harmony and stability. The community is the basic unit of society, community construction is an important part of social construction, community autonomy is an important innovation in the form of social management, therefore, research of community autonomy in the process of social construction has great significance. However, we still lack relevant research of this field in China, especially under the background of urbanization, in terms of the new community that has broken through the boundaries between urban and rural areas. The topic of this article is to take a consideration about the present situation of community autonomy with the theory of ANT, and put forward a new mode of community autonomy construction, which provides a new perspective for the academic research and the basis of decision making for the government to promote community level. The author mainly adopts literature analysis, comparative analysis, case studies, system analysis, In-depth interview and other research methods. At the basis of systematically sorting and reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper redefines community and community autonomy in the perspective of sociology. Then, through summarizing the development of community autonomy and analyzing its patterns, we discuss the rationality and superiority of Actor-Network Theory as theoretical basis of community autonomy. In this paper, we select Long Pu Community with typical characteristics of Three Village and One Community as case, because it possesses urban community as well as rural community, at same times, it reflect the process of urbanization from rural community to urban community.
