Research On The Cultivation Of Urban Community Social Organizations From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

With the development of society,the important role of community social organizations in grassroots social governance has been increasingly highlighted and valued.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that "strengthening the construction of the community governance system,pushing the focus of social governance downward to the grassroots level,and playing the role of social organization to realize the benign interaction between government governance and social regulation and residents' autonomy".As an important subject of community governance,community social organizations play an important role in providing public services,solving residents 'demands,and enriching community activities.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cultivation of community social organizationsIn a diverse network of community social organizations,the government,community neighborhood committees,community residents,grassroots party organizations,and professional social workers all play an irreplaceable role:the government,as a supporter and supervisor of community social organizations,must to build a platform to provide policy and financial support,on the other hand,we must strengthen supervision and standardize the development of community social organizations;the community as a platform for community social organization services,neighborhood committees,grassroots party organizations and community residents all play an important role in the cultivation of community social organizations;Social workers provide professional services to community social organizations..It is the coordinated cooperation between the government,the community and the professional social workers that has enabled the community social organizations to improve in quantity and quality.In the current practice of community social organization cultivation,organization cultivation is faced with a series of support conditions such as increasing social attention,continuous innovation of management systems and mechanisms,and continuous smooth channels of collaboration.However,the absence and misalignment of the main role of multi-cultivation also restrict the development of community social organizations.In this regard,it proposes countermeasures for the problems that arise in the cultivation of community social organizations:building a multi-agent collaborative mechanism for community social organization cultivation;improving the system guarantee mechanism for community social organization collaborative cultivation;establishing an information sharing mechanism for community social organization collaborative cultivation;regulating the internal governance of community social organizations and strengthen their own capacity building.
