Continue to in-depth study the city management pattern, for the city’s construction and development in the next stage is of great theoretical value and practical significance.This article uses documentary research method,expert consultation method,field survey method and Comparative research in the perspective of seamless Government theory,A service-oriented government theory and Public participation theory. since 2011 the digital city management system have been applicated in Longwan. Longwan district is being city management and upgrade. It has great theoretical value and practical significance to carry on the thorough research to this pattern.It interprets digital urban management problems and their causes of Longwan District from the four perspectives which are focus on Integrated disposal power and guide the citizen participation, a sound management team, strengthen the evaluation mechanism.The article can be roughly divided into five parts. The first part, detailed in this paper, the urban management level, the concept of digital city and digital urban management related basic theory, which provides the theoretical foundation for further research.
