Meticulous Management Research Of The Huludao Municipal Human Resources And Social Security Bureau

Chinese government has been based on experience management for long, however, there are many disadvantages in this management model. Such as high administrative costs, poor executive ability, lack of interdepartmental coordination mechanism, imperfect performance evaluation system and so on. Under new circumstances, the party and the people put forward new requirements to the government department, among them, the construction of service-oriented government and the energy conservation government has become the most important. This makes the government have to improve the original management model to enhance the management level, so that it can adapt to the new period of the development requirements.Meticulous management of the content is accurate positioning, excellence, refinement of objectives, detailed assessment. Through the pursuit of meticulous management of standardization, specialization, normalization to minimize the management of the resources and reduce management costs. On this basis, the paper selects the meticulous management of the Huludao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau as an example to try to apply it to the research of the government management practice.
