Administrative apartment,as the main local administrative management apartment,plays an important role in the maintenance of local economic development and social stability.So it is very important to study the Performance Appraisal Manageability System of human resources and social security in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and workers.The paper sets the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau o f X County as an example to research how to change the concept of administrative staff and innovate the effective Performance Appraisal Management System to improve the service level of civil servantThis paper first introduces the main theoretical knowledge involved in the performance appraisal of government departments,and on this basis,through the form of interviews,the current performance appraisal mechanism of X County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is analyzed and analyzed in depth.Performance evaluation methods such as the assessment of indicators set unreasonable,lack of professional assessment team and other issues.Followed by a detailed and more comprehensive analysis of the causes of these problems.Finally,according to the actual situation,from the ideological understanding,assessment indicators,assessment methods,supporting the system and the application of the results,etc.,to improve the existing performance appraisal methods put forward specific measures to improve the effect.The original intention of this writing is not to re-design a new set of performance evaluation methods,but to the premise of operability,the corresponding measures proposed to improve the existing performance evaluation methods and improve.
