Forestry administrative law enforcement in a small town as a grassroots law enforcement needs to interact with the public face to face and regularly. Its ability and level directly related to the vital interests of the masses, and also affect the protection management of forest resources. Therefore, how to do a good job in county forestry administrative law enforcement has become the most urgent problem in protecting the security of forest resources and promoting the development of the forestry industry.By using literature method, field survey, data analysis, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign research data, the auther do a research on forestry administrative enforcement in Lueyang county and put forward feasible solution in allusion to the extant problems. In this paper, in the hope of combining theory with practice by researching, the author hope to provide strong pertinence and operational measures to strengthen Lueyang county forestry administrative law enforcement. And at the same time, provides some reference to the research on the county forestry administrative law enforcement, further enrich the study of the theory of the forestry administrative enforcement of law, necessary theoretical support to realizing forestry administrative law enforcement, protection of forest resources in our country and promoting the development of forestry industry.In this paper, through natural, social and economic conditions, the author collated and elaborated the basis and the extent of forestry administrative law enforcement(including the main body of law enforcement and the operation of the system) in Lueyang, the effect of law enforcement. Then gain a more intuitive and clear understanding of the research object. There are lack of consciousness of low, undemanding procedure, lack of Law enforcement power, not smooth Supervision mechanism problems in Lueyang county forestry administrative law enforcement. And dispersion, cross function, management and law enforcement in both, grass-roots local agency management confusion and problems such as lack of law enforcement authority exist in the law enforcement agencies of law enforcement system can be said to be the most difficult part in Lueyang county forestry administrative law enforcement. Every problem has its reason, this paper tries to analyze the influence on the forestry administration law enforcement through the law, the system, the law enforcement power, the supervision mechanism and the outside law enforcement environment. Finally it sorted out and put forward countermeasure,which includes strengthening laws and regulations publicity, straightening out the law enforcement system, the implementation of comprehensive law enforcement, securitying funds, standardizing law enforcement procedures, strengthening the quality of law enforcement personnel and improving the supervision mechanism, to improving forestry administrative law enforcement work in Lueyang county.
