The Public Policy Performance Evaluation Researc

In this paper, we systematically combed the domestic and foreign scholars to study the sustainable development of the grassland and the public policy performance evaluation. This paper first systematically combed the research on the sustainable development of the grassland and the public policy performance evaluation system. This paper firstly systematically combed the research of the sustainable development of grassland. This paper mainly analyzes the research data of Inner Mongolia grassland Policy Research Center, the research center of the State Council Development Research Center and the relevant functional departments of the research. Firstly, we use the multi objective analysis method to establish the comprehensive performance evaluation system, the evaluation system and the relevant expert’s guidance from the ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits of the three dimensions, the use of YAAHP software decision-making analysis method, using the special software AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)to calculate the weight value of the index table, and then standardize the scientific ground for the relevant indicators After the study, we found that there are many problems and contradictions in the public policy performance evaluation system, as well as the policy performance evaluation. For example, the government often ignored the policy performance evaluation results, the fluctuation is not obvious.The last of this paper is to put forward policy recommendations on the imperfect of public policy performance evaluation system and the lack of the implementation of the grassland.
