Popular Culture On The Impact Of College Students’Ideological And Political Education And Its Education Countermeasures

China which reform and opening up is more than30years has obtained the remarkable achievements of development, not only greatly changed our country’s economic situation, but also improved the social and cultural structure and the mindset of the people and life. Along with the development of science and the mass media, popular culture gradually enters our public life and shows the expanding trend, it has penetrated into every corner of the society and showed extensive influence on people’s life. The contemporary youth especially college students are the important popular-culture communicators and participants; they are easily influenced by the popular culture. In this case, the research on the pop culture to college students’ ideological and political education and the impacts of countermeasures is good for promoting the college students’ ideological and political education theory development and the healthy growth of the college students, it has the important meaning. This paper is divided in the three aspects:the contact of popular culture and college students’ ideological and political education, the effects of popular culture to college students’ ideological and political education, and the countermeasures of college students’ ideological and political education under the influence of popular culture.The first chapter:the type of popular culture and its characteristics and the contact with college students’ ideological and political education. Based on the research of many Chinese and foreign popular culture experts, the part compares the popular culture with decorous culture, mass culture, etc, summarizes the concept of popular culture comprehensively and systematically, comb the type of popular culture; and discusses the character of popular culture from five aspects. Finally, this part has a more in-depth discuss on the contact of The popular culture and college students’ ideological and political education.The second chapter:the effects of popular culture to college students’ ideological and political education. This part discusses the effects mainly from the two aspects. One is the positive effects, including expanding college students’ ideological and political education carrier, enriching college students’ ideological and political education’s implementation method, broadening the ways of college students’ ideological and political education, and stimulating self education initiative and so on; The other is negative effects, including bringing negative effect on some of the aesthetic view of college students, having a harmful effect on college students’ ideological and political education,, influencing the construction of college students’ ideological and political education environment and so on. Meanwhile, this part analyses the reasons of negative impacts, such as the core value system of socialist education is inadequate, college students to popular culture discrimination is not strong, the college students’ ideological and political education’s answer to the popular culture is shortage, the force of the college students’ ideological and political education has not been formed.The third chapter:the countermeasures of college students’ ideological and political education under the influence of popular culture. According to the reasons, this part discusses the countermeasures of college students’ ideological and political education from four aspects: strengthening the college ideological and political education with the socialist core value system, guiding students to treat popular culture rationally, drawing nutrition from popular culture to expedite students’ ideological and political education innovation, integrating all strength to further college students’ ideological and political education.
