Yan’an city around the core training of competitivesports of race walking athletes core muscles of4to8muscle surface EMG test, the coretraining after the Yan’an city sports school athlete special test, the test content starbalance test, vertical and horizontal brace, quadrant jump, run, type T body anteflexion, step length,cadence, through the experimental group compared with controlgroup, the results, core training after the experimental group and the controlgroup test indicators significantly, core training before and after the experimental groupand the control group had significant difference of surface electromyography test, coretraining after the experimental group special ability.
