| Football is the first sport of the world which has a wide influence.However,the athleticlevel of Chinese Football is not match with China which is Sporting nation.HongShankouConference kicked off the reform prologue of China occupation football in1992.By the endof2009, Chinese football has experienced17years of development,but what it brought ispainful memories.In order to save Chinese football, In2009a Chinese football "anti bet andblack" storm began, to creat a good environment for the new begining of China Football. Inorder to improve the Chinese football level, the State Sports General Administration and theMinistry of Education jointly issued the notice of the national youth football activities oncampus in2009, marking the official sail of Campus Soccer activities which carries Chinesefootball dream. The Notice stipulate that the cities and schools should be incorporated into theplan of sports and education development,and organize the league which includes primaryschool, junior high school, high school and University in accordance with the implementation.However, in the development process,the aim is deviated,the city and schools neglectedpopularization, only focused on the sports performance, ignored the development law offootball,which is not conducive to the healthy development of Campus Soccer activities.Theyshould base on the popularity and gradually transit to the stage of sports, especially focusedon the promotion of primary school campus football. Therefore, study on the status of theprimary school campus football league in Shandong province and promotion strategies fromthe universal perspective has important practical significance.This paper used the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey,conducted a survey on the status of primary school campus football league of Shandongprovince from ten aspects of system, training, site, instructor, referees, registration, insurance,naming, capital, media,which found that: relying too much on the centralized league system,the system of home and away exists except in name; the school league carried out backward;the capital investment is insufficient and the channel is single, basically rely on the higherfunding of goverment,which has seriously affected the development of Campus Socceractivities. most pilot schools’ training is little, time is short and not fixed; the lack of trainingvenues, facilities and poor quality, not enough to support the smooth development of the campus football league; most of the pilot schools campus football coaches’ ability is low,andlack of opportunities for further studies; the social concern and propaganda is not enough.league register with the League itself out of touch; league insurance is single and the coveringarea is narrow; the annual league number is insufficient.These problems exist in the development process of the primary school campus footballleague of Shandong province seriously affect the League’s smoothly development. The leagueis the core of Campus Soccer activities and the carrier of Campus Soccer activitiesdevelopment. In order to promote the healthy development of the primary school campusfootball league of Shandong province,the study has proposed the following strategies:increasethe system of home and away appropriately in the weekend and avoid in the midweek. Takingadvantage of the centralized league system rationally; build campus football league which iscored of school league;we should combine commercial with commonweal title sponsorship,but the commonweal title sponsorship should be premise; broaden the covering area of leagueinsurance; construct campus football league guarantee system which comprises fund, training,field,training,registration, annual league number and education department’s policies etc;increase the media propaganda and improve the social concern; carry out campus footballleague provincially; carry out interesting activities of campus football to create a goodatmosphere. |
