Olympic, as a sporting event with international influence has become a philosophy of life. It combines sports with education, aims at enhancing physique and cultivation of character and forming new educational idea which can promote the harmonious development of human beings. The father of the Olympics, Pierre DE Coubertin, also hopes the growing movement of Olympic Games can change the traditional education and enrich the content of teenagers’ education, to promote their comprehensive, balanced and harmonious development. As Olympic Games had been held successfully time after time, people have gradually turned purely superficial cognition to the Olympic culture to understanding and analysis of relatively profound connotation of the educational value, especially had a deeper understanding of the value of the harmonious development to teenagers, and tried to seek a variety of channels to spread the Olympic culture and education.This article seizes the deep theme of the Olympic culture, systemic elaborating the source, category, connotation of the Olympic culture and the educational value of all-round development to the youth, such as:physical development, intellectual development, physical development. The Olympic culture is perfect embodiment of games spirit. Olympisme places education in the supreme position as the core content, striving to make teenagers be a man who loves the motherland and keeps up with the trend of times developing, be a citizen of the world who obeys the rules, pay attention to others and who is perseverance, self-control and innovative. Teenagers are the main force with large number of the development of the Olympic movement and the spread of Olympic culture. It is the focus to many scholars studies that they adopt kinds of ways to teach the youth the Olympic culture. School sports,as the battle position of the Olympic Education,it has the unshirkable responsibility to teach, because Internet, radio, television, newspapers and mass media, inevitably have the formalism of color. It also plays a important role in spreading the knowledge, spirit of Olympic and the value of education. Now school sports is ignored, classes are taught with "sheep type", the more boring the teaching content is, the less interest in sports teenagers have. With the physical deterioration at the same time, it also brings spiritual losses. So, in this case, the sports game, as part of the sports teaching, creates happiness which promotes its value internalization at the same time,exercises it’s own will,advocates striving,reflects human’s constant strength,it is also the indispensable noble quality of the improvement of human society and prosperity.It becomes an effective way to the Olympic education for teenagers, it is not only the needs of the development of society and time, but also the needs of the implementation of quality education and the development of youth own. The combination of games and education-the close point of the Olympic culture and the sports games, makes sports games in physical development, cognitive development, physical and psychological entertainment and spiritual cultivation work together. As part of the games, it has close relationship with education, and will play a unique role. It requests strength the Olympic cultural security system,physical educationalists should take more responsibility to teach the youth, consciously promote spiritual cultivation as a sports game function, promote the harmonious development of the teenagers,provide more builders and accepters to carry out the dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nations.
