Martial arts is the treasure of the Chinese Nation, Chinese kungfu is known all over the world, and kungfu star Bruce lee has became a symbol of the China martial art, influenced a few generatons。At present, the Chinese martial arts has been listed the Intangible Cultural Heritage by United Nations educational and scientific cultural organization (UNESCO).Wushu has broad mass basic, at the21st century, with the development modernization, Chinese martial arts is continuously innovating. The development of Duan Wei system of martial arts, stimulating the internal motivation for practitioners, promoting the popularity of the Chinese martial arts, improving the students understanding martial arts’ culture and learning interest, especially martial arts Duan Wei system carry out in primary and high schools. It is more powerful to promote the traditional martial arts culture inherited by primary and high students.After investigation, changchun has not carried out Wushu Duan Wei system,yet formally in primary and middle school, but several spcial wushu school in changchun, Wushu teaching has been opened for many years, it is focused in NaGuan District which is named the hometown of martial arts, Xiwu elementary school, Dongsi elementary school,98high school,104middle school. These schools should first promote the workof martial arts Duanwei system,as a leading role and make it become an important demonstration schools of martial arts Duanwei system’s work.Based on the demand analysis and feasibility studies of primary and high schools to carry out martial arts Duanwei system in changchun city, in addition to appraisal agency, we come to the conclusion that, learning effect and less should be further improvement and improve evaluation content and other factors have to it is meet the requirements of the martial arts Duanwei system carrying out in primary and high schools.In a word, Wushu Duanwei system is practical and feasible in elementary and middle schools of Changchun CityThe paper integrated the method of documentation, experts interview, questionnaire investigation,etc.Based on the national documents of existing Duanwei system of martial arts,and high-level meeting reports,it further explored the important significance of martial arts Duanwei system in primary and high schools, from eleven small and five big aspects,detailed analysis and discussed, It has provided the basis and support in the future.
