The Application Status Of Chinese Herbs Nutritional Supplement In Jiangsu Province Sports Team

It was widespread concerned in the international sports and medical community is how to scientific, rational and effective use of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements. It is beyond doubt that Chinese herbs nutritional supplements could recover well after fatigue and maintain good physical condition for athletes through mentoring, targeted using of it. In this paper, we took the application status of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements as research objective, surveyed191athletes of Jiangsu Province sports team and used of interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis in this research. Many aspects like cognition, attitudes, and behavior, etc. of athletes on Chinese herbs t nutritional supplements were involved in this survey. The purpose was to find the problems and shortcomings on using of Chinese herbs sport nutritional supplements.It was found in this survey that Jiangsu Province sports athletes do not have a clear understanding of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements, and there were no individual, project, time differences on the use of it. It can not meet the needs of athletes in dosage, effectiveness, taste and so on of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements currently on the market.There were our recommendations about Chinese herbs nutritional supplements.(1) Knowledge of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements should be popularized in Jiangsu team.(2) Instruct the proper use of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements. Establish the health record of athletes; strengthen the cooperation with other team and hire experts.(3) The researchers should develop the Chinese herbs nutritional supplements based on the needs of athletes. Improve the formulations of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements, attach the great importance to research of Chinese herbs nutritional supplement effects, and focus on the research of Chinese herbs nutritional supplements to enhance the immunity.
