Junior high school boys and girls have a lot in common in the study, but there are manysubtle differences in different stages, different disciplines have shown their groupcharacteristics. The correct understanding and in-depth analysis of the common features ofmale and female students with learning differences, not only involves the transformationeducation teaching idea, teaching mode and management related to the teachers’ strategies ofadjustment, but also affects the development of junior high school students of the future. Thispaper mainly carries on the investigation, the differences of mathematics learning in juniorhigh school students, analysis the reason for the difference and the corresponding teachingsuggestions and suitable teaching mode.I once taught in Danzhou City, Hainan Province second junior middle school three years,found that the students of different grades in junior high school have different performanceability in learning mathematics knowledge, and at the same time, boys and girls also havedifferences. The ability to learn mathematics knowledge is mainly reflected in themathematical skills to master and use, this paper focuses on the middle school students mathskills (operation ability, reasoning ability, application ability) between ability and application.The middle group of Danzhou province Hainan second middle school as a case, through thequestionnaire survey, the second middle school in Danzhou City, three students were tested inthree aspects operation ability, reasoning ability and application ability, and the final result ofstatistical analysis, draw the following conclusion:1, grade one of junior middle school students have significant differences in three aspectsof the operation ability, reasoning ability and application ability. The computing ability andreasoning ability, boys higher than females, and the application ability, girls more than boys.But there are also significant differences between male and female students in the total score,the overall level of boys in girls.2, grade two students various aspects does not exist significant differences.3, the third grade students in the operation ability and reasoning ability. There aresignificant differences, both boys slightly stronger than girls, there was no significantdifference between girls and boys in the ability to use. But in the total score, there aresignificant differences between boys and girls, the total score of boys than girls.On the basis of the above analysis, this paper finally causes from the multi angle,all-round, in-depth on the conclusions of the detailed analysis and in-depth thinking,combined with the actual situation of students’ learning and teachers’ teaching at present, puts forward various suggestions:1, change the teacher’s "gender stereotypes" impression, establish the correct andscientific sex consciousness;2, in the teaching of Mathematics for "of" teaching;3, to carry out scientific and rational course preparation, improvement of teachingmethods.
