In recent years, with the continuous development of our country school sports,volleyball also got certain popularization and development, more and more ordinaryuniversity established the volleyball sports teams, however, in the most ordinaryuniversity volleyball special physical training, there are few aiming at the athletes’physical quality level of the special training, not to mention the athletes special physicalability evaluation system, as a result, this needs us as a line of the ordinary universitysports teachers according to different levels and physical quality of the movement ofathletes for reasonable planning, establish the training of the related management trackingsystem, from the perspective of long-term development, based on the present situation ofphysical education teaching for the reasonable plan, thus improving for the ordinaryuniversity volleyball scientific physical training level is of great value.Proposed in this study to the jiLin province ordinary university women’s volleyballteam physical quality training of relevant theory, on the basis of in-depth study, throughthe literature material law, expert interview method, questionnaire survey, mathematicalstatistics and other research methods to the women’s volleyball students’ body quality toconduct research and data analysis, volleyball training in reference to previous researchresults, on the basis of the development of ordinary university volleyball team putforward the feasibility of training means, and put forward relevant Suggestions, canexpand volleyball teachers education view, promote the sports update education ideas, topromote innovation in ordinary university volleyball team in training; Also for theformation of developing students’ consciousness of lifetime sports, more providetheoretical basis for raising the level of jiLin province ordinary university volleyball team.1.From the perspective of the results of the experiment teaching, the results of theperiodic training is not only for students to improve flexibility, but also can improvestudents’ level of power quality, more important is also can improve the students’volleyball special quality level, which is the development of volleyball requirements,improve students’ ability to bounce can very good control on defense and offense; As that in comparative classes and experimental classes of students in a laboratory setting of eachindex in the contrast, the increase is huge, with a significant difference, through periodictraining at the same time, the training of students’ interest in the sport itself, produce notonly, also raised their interest to participate in physical activities.2、In the skill of contrast analysis of the experimental group and control group stillreflected certain differences: the first is the number of the success of the open net passingthe3also determines the team attack key basis, so this experiment of periodic training formembers of the3open net passing success rate has obvious effect. Followed by the actionon the accuracy of periodic training effect was evident, middle school students in periodictraining for every single action, more targeted, more to strengthen the generalization,differentiation of the complete memory and automation of the process, so the periodictraining for students of movement memory has obvious effect. In the action of beautifuldegree on experimental classes of students performance level is better than that incomparative classes.3、Periodic training to a certain extent, to cater to the ordinary university students’physical education learning mentality, but also be able to create a better the sportslearning environment, through the communication between the students, on the one handcan speed up they have mastered the skills, on the other hand also can improve the levelof their sports learning in psychology, including maintaining good physical educationlearning motivation, maintain a positive attitude, to form good learning habits.
