Liaoning Province University Sports Education Professional Graduates Self-efficacy Present Situation Investigation And Analysis

In this paper, using the physical education teachers teaching self-efficacy scale structureto liaoning province university sports education specialized fresh interns samplinginvestigation. Random survey of shenyang sports institute of physical education major60people, liaoning normal university sports institute random survey of sports educationprofessional59people, shenyang normal university sports institute random investigationsports education professional37people, anshan normal university sports educationspecialized random survey of30people, dalian university sports education specialized34people fresh interns, using excel spreadsheet and spss19.0statistical software for measuringresults, operation, analysis and research on statistics. The results showed that:Five colleges and universities sports education professional graduates in liaoningprovince of personal teaching efficacy no gender difference (P>0.05). Sports teachingself-efficacy, self-efficacy of general education exists significant difference (P <0.05), andthe boys are better than girls.Five universities in liaoning province sports education professional graduates teachingself-efficacy, self-efficacy of individual teaching, worked as an intern in that there is nolocation (city and township) difference (P>0.05). General self-efficacy of education in theinternship location have significant difference, and better than the rural town (P <0.05).Five schools in liaoning province between sports teaching self-efficacy, individualteaching self-efficacy, self-efficacy of general education have difference.By means of variance analysis in the process of physical education internship in practice,and in the process of education in colleges and universities to improve self-efficacy of collegeteachers and students put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
