Since the enrollment of higher education and the introduction of private capital into the field of higher education, the rivalry between the college student resources is becoming increasingly fierce.the college tuition is one of the major source of income in public or private institutions, it is also a necessary condition for the development in all colleges and universities. so learning how to attract students to the school becomes an important research subject in various universities. And the student satisfaction as an important measure gets more and more attention from these colleges and universities. At the same time in the market society, education has walked down slowly from the high temple as the proportion of a service. Therefore, student satisfaction survey from customer satisfaction surveys evolved slowly becomes an independent survey mode. The gaps and deficiencies in universities can be found through the survey software (service, teaching quality, teaching standards, etc.), hardware (environmental facilities, teaching facilities, etc.) through the survey. In order to enhance the level of service of the university and improve the quality of higher education, succeed in the fierce competition, we must let students be satisfaction.In this thesis, drawing on research in the western commercial basis for customer satisfaction, student-specific adjustment of the object, for the satisfaction of the various factors affecting the sensitivity of services to colleges and universities as the background, compare and research other characteristics of the questionnaire detailedly, summarized the importance of the sensitive factors, establish " Professional Satisfaction of Students in Colleges in Liaoning Province", including Northeastern University, Liaoning Province, Liaoning University, Shenyang Normal University, Dalian University, Liaoning Finance and Trade college, Liaoning University of International Business and Economics. Survey professional satisfaction of students of full-time undergraduate students in six universities.Through the establishment of information databases, the use of SPSS statistical software and statistical comparison of traditional methods, trying to figure out the difference in satisfaction between college crux of the problem, and according to its own characteristics and features of universities, through the two-dimensional method of comparison to determine the need to improve the order and importance, and impact, and make their own need to improve the services of University of measures and means.Conclusions of this study are the following:1. Student sex, family location, Expected Major, type of school, specialty types, and elements of specialty have an impact on students of professional satisfaction.2. Students have high expectations on elements of specialty, and the services levels those are provided by universities lower than the students have expected. So universities should enhance professional expertise to improve student's satisfaction.3. In the elements of student's satisfaction, the best element is the status of teachers, especially professional knowledge and professional ethics. In these two areas, student's expectations and satisfaction with basically the same.
