Tennis movement is a movement of fine, fight fierce, technique is complicated, higher requirements for physical and mental intelligence skill and physical fitness at thesame time, the dominant netting adversarial program. Bottom line forehand technologyis one of the most important shot in tennis, forehand technology is the most commonlyused technology in the game, players improve forehand technology is the important wayof winning scores or game players in the physical training of tennis, coaches should letathletes understand that tennis is not only in technology and tactics, still in than physicaland psychological. Good physical fitness can help athletes give full play to its owntechnology and tactics in the fierce competition level. Coordination is indispensable totennis movement in the physical training is an important physical quality, coordinationis should have the basic ability of human movement, is to learn to master and apply thepremise and foundation of movement technology, master of it directly affects themovement technology, the use of technology and tactics as well as the improvement ofperformance, so coordination training has a significant role on tennis player. In thephysical training, coordination training is the most difficult, because of the coordinationis affected by many factors, in addition to genetic, athletes psychological personality, and muscle strength and muscle endurance, purely technical action, speed and speedendurance, body centre of gravity is balanced, rhythmic, muscular relaxation andcontraction and so on. In sports college tennis special course training at present, theproportion of physical training is relatively small, there is little coordination of training, the content of the training sessions are mainly composed of special technical training, and a small amount of speed and strength training, often can result in an increase inathletes have injury risk, cause the special technology to improve slowly. In this paper, according to the characters of the tennis project, strengthen the sportscollege tennis elective class coordination training requirements, thus improve the tennisforehand technology, to achieve the best training effect. This paper, taking Wuhan sportscollege grade12sports training tennis elective classes as experimental object, anddivided into experimental group and the control group, for12weeks. Experiments are conducted on two groups of students before ITN depth and the bottom line bottom lineforehand precision test, the experimental group in the aspect of quality training and ishitting technology adding coordination training content, training group for traditionaltraining. After the experiment, and then two groups of students for ITN depth and thebottom line bottom line forehand precision test, through the horizontal comparisonbetween the two groups between the group and the longitudinal comparison, physicalquality indicators of the experimental group and the forehand technology haveimproved before the experiment, generally higher than the control group.Through the tennis elective class12weeks of training coordination of contrastexperimental study show that students in experimental group forehand depth and thebottom line bottom line precision test scores are higher than before the test score, alsohigher than that of control group, showed the coordination training to tennis forehandability plays a vital role. Research proves that the coaches should pay more attention tocoordination of training, pay attention to the coordination to the student training in thetraining session, deepening the innovation, develop more coordination with tennisspecial training method.
