Objective: Our study classified students according to their skills,physical fitness,gender,athletic skill,training type and learning motivation,measured the training effect of tennis beginners and high-level students with the success rate combined with depth and accuracy combined with speed,discussed the adaptability of different basic conditions for fixed and varied serve method in multi-ball training.Methods: Our research objects are grade 2017 tennis learners of Guangxi Normal University,we randomly selected 60 zero-based students from the tennis elective classes as a beginner group,and randomly selected 16 students from the tennis specialized classes as a high-level group.Half of the students in each group were trained with fixed serve method and the other half with varied one.Both groups participated in physical fitness tests and basic information surveys in the first class,and training effectiveness were evaluated in the last class.Our study mainly uses Student's test with independent sample and two-factor variance method to analyze the differences in the training effects of tennis skills,and try to find out the adaptive laws of the skills,physical fitness,gender,athletic skill,training type and learning motivation on serve methods,so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and improve their training results.Results: 1.The training effect index of fixed serve method for beginners is greater than that of varied serve method,while it's just the opposite for high-level students.The difference is significant.2.The strength of beginners,and the interaction between strength and serve method have no effect on the training effect;speed and interaction between speed and serve method have an effect on the training effect,and the difference is significant.The effect of the interaction between speed and serve method on the effect is consistent with the effect of speed and of serve method,the faster students get better training results.3.The gender of beginners,as well as the interaction between gender and serve method,has no effect on the training effect.4.The interaction between beginners' athletic skill and serve method has no effect on the training effect,but students with better skill get better training results,and the difference is significant.5.The interaction between training type and serve method has an effect on the training effect,and the difference is significant.For beginners,whether in regular multi-ball exercises or error correction exercises,the fixed serve method is better than the varied one;while for high-level students,varied serve method is better in regular exercises,and the opposite is true in error correction exercises.6.The interaction between beginners' learning motivation and serve method has an effect on the training effect,and the difference is significant.Internal motivation-driven students with fixed serve method have greater training effect index,while external motivation-drivenstudents do better with varied serve method.Conclusions:1.The skill of tennis has selective adaptability to serve method.For regular sports skills,beginners are suitable for fixed serve type and high-level students are suitable for varied serve type.2.Tennis beginners' strength,speed,gender,and athletic skill have no choice for adaptability to serve method.However,students who have faster speed or corresponding athletic skill get better training results.3.The training type has selective adaptability to serve method: learners of different skill levels should adopt fixed serve type in error correction exercises;but in routine training,beginners are suitable for fixed serve type and high-level students are suitable for varied serve type.4.The learning motivation of tennis beginners has selective adaptability to serve method.The students driven by internal motivation are suitable for fixed serve type and the external motivation drivers are suitable for varied serve type.
