This paper adopted the methods of literature data method, logic method, field surveymethod, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method were studied on theactuality and Countermeasures of12badminton stadium management in Jiangxi province. On12management among them,30coaches and360consumer survey. Through the analysis ofinvestigation, argumentation reveals the status of Jiangxi province badminton stadiummanagement present situation and the existing problems and countermeasures. The article pointsout that the:1、Jiangxi province badminton hall operations are mainly government independent nature ofthe business, government run and private properties of three kinds of property leasing. Amongthem, the private nature of the arena has quite large proportion. Hall charges in three forms: one isthe membership fees; two is cash charges scattered; three is the card. The membership fee fromthe card, card, season card to card, from the ordinary card to the VIP card, silver card, goldcard, VIP card and so on. Badminton venue fixed investment cost is higher, the investmentrecovery period is long and the consumer market uncertainty, investment badmintonstadium will face higher risk rate, and therefore, the arena managers often adopt flexible chargingmethod, for early recovery of investment.2、 From the age gender proportion, participate in the badminton hall managementpersonnel is in young males. Most managers have no high degree, also did not participate inthe learning and training of badminton operation management. Management at the lackof operation and management and effective to the arena, or simply by virtue of the pastprofessional badminton training experience and feeling management, resulting in the arenain market development, attract more consumers and lack of effective control in theconsumer management. Many consumers do not understand the advantages and characteristicsof the source of the loss were caused by.3、 Arena coaches can be divided into4kinds, the first kind is professional badmintonplayers retired, second is the university badminton professional teachers, third sports professionalstudents, the fourth is the basis of good amateur badminton enthusiasts. Consumers’ monthly for badminton consumption amount mainly concentrated in200-400Yuan for the two segment. The consumption level in Jiangxi provincebadminton at medium or low levels. This reflects the individuals and units for the sports havea preliminary understanding, but consumption has not accounted for the relatively high proportionof. This is closely related with the level of income, compared with the economic big provincesports, there is still a considerable gap.5、 Jiangxi province badminton hall appeared the following problems in the operation and management: Badminton market is not mature, the government management system is notperfect, not standardized, local sports department supervision is weak; the arena managers lack ofadvanced management concepts, the overall operating at the lack ofrational, normative; arena for members of the lack of effective management, for the consumer acontinuing lack of consumer appeal; coaches, trainers management confusion, the mechanism isnot perfect. To solve these problems must start from the long-term developmentperspective, enhance the operator management level, improve the service quality of normativemarket, arena, and multi-faceted, multi-level consumer guide, promote the market efficiency, andstable development.
