Lanzhou city sports industry is rapidly developing,operating model fitness venues and a growing number of scale expands unceasingly,the sports fitness awareness and participation is growing,the conditions for lanzhou city badminton sports development condition.However,the lanzhou city estate for badminton venue in developing would appear constantly new problems,the existence of these problems restrict the promotion and development of badminton sport,therefore,urgent need us to find and solve.This text USES the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods about the present situation of lanzhou city representative 15 sports venues and exercise in the badminton venue of the questionnaire survey to 300 consumers in comprehensive analysis the factors which restrict the development of the lanzhou city estate for badminton hall.In view of the corresponding countermeasures,we hope to promote the development of badminton in lanzhou city and provide theoretical reference for the healthy development of badminton gymnasium in lanzhou.The results are as follows:1.Lanzhou operating badminton venues are mainly state-owned,with few private venues;The location distribution is reasonable,most of which are small and medium sized venues.The site hardware facilities basically meet the consumer demand,but the service consciousness is poor;Most venues distinguish between the holiday and the prime time and the working days,and the site fees are not uniform;The charging method mainly includes single charge and membership fee.2.Badminton venue managers have low educational level and are mainly non-sports major;There are fewer administrators who have participated in the management and marketing of sports venues;Lack of management service consciousness;3.The motivation of consumers to choose badminton sport is different,mainly to strengthen the body and release pressure;The average consumption was less than30 yuan per person,with 69 percent of consumers saying it was more reasonable.The traffic condition and the club atmosphere are the main factors that affect the consumers' choice of venues.Most consumers are very optimistic about the future prospects of the lanzhou business badminton hall.4.There are some problems in the management of the management of badmintonstadiums in lanzhou: the venue management is not standardized,and the management personnel are lacking.The rules and regulations of the government and the badminton association are not sound,and lack of supervision of the venues;The operator does not make clear rules and regulations;The venue has low awareness of service management;The team construction of the coach is not mature;The problems in operation are: the badminton market is not mature enough;The site facilities are slow to be updated and lack of service consciousness;Insufficient publicity for the arena;Low utilization rate and serious waste of resources;This paper aims to investigate the operational status of badminton venue lanzhou city research,promote the development of lanzhou city badminton,for the lanzhou city estate for badminton venue provide theoretical basis for the operation and development.
