Distrust between doctors and patients have been rising in recent years,thus triggering the strained relationship and various disputes between doctors and patients.For hospitals,lacking of patients’trust not only affects the normal working orders or causes the loss of medical personnel but also has a negative impact on the image of the hospital.Once the hospital handled inappropriately, it is bound to arouse public opinion and even condemnation.This paper is aimed at the public relation of hospitals where the patients are lack of trust.First,the expression forms of patients’ lack of trust are summarized through real cases,and the patients’ trust mechanism is analyzed on this basis;Second,operative suggestions are provided for the hospitals from three major functions of the public relation.Finally,suggestions on system are given to the public relation of hospitals and a complete theoretical system for hospital public relation system is further constructed.In the course of analysis,this paper makes some breakthroughs in studying the lack of trust between doctors and patients from the perspective of ethnics and law by some academic documents.This paper makes a profound analysis and sum-up on the situation and problems of lacking trust of patients in the doctor-patient relationship through studying public relation theories,public dissemination,individual cases,inductions and documents.To the adoption of hospital public relations efforts so as to enhance the brand image of the macro hospitals to improve the quality of health care public relations on the micro level, and hopes to satisfy the requirements for both doctors and patients.
