When it comes to graduate, we will think of looking for a job. Butsenior student often worry about how to find a job. In addition, when thegraduates will make career choices, they often encounter manydifficulties. Once undergraduate appear high anxiety, they will sufferedfrom physical and mental torture. So the college students’ anxiety havegreat significant to the college students’ mental health education. Thestudy investigate the relationship of career decision-making level, careerdecision-making difficulties and vocational selection anxiety of collegestudent. Explore the career decision-making difficulties influence on therelationship of career decision-making Level and vocational selectionanxiety. To understand the current situation of college students’ careerdecision-making level and find college students’ difficulties in the processof choosing a career in our country, we would eventually find out theeffective method to reduce the vocational selection anxiety.The sampling method is random sampling survey of this study. Weuse career decision-making level questionnaire, career decision-makingdifficulties questionnaire and vocational selection anxiety questionnaireto measure501college graduates. We will use SPSS21.0to analyze thecollected data, the results showed that:(1)The level of college graduates’ vocational selection anxiety issignificantly higher than the norm; The level of college students’ careerdecision-making difficulties is moderate.(2)The relationship of between demographic variables and careerdecision-making difficulties、 vocational selection anxiety find thatdemographic variables such as gender、one-child and professional typehave a significant difference on the vocational selection anxiety, andCollege students’ career decision-making difficulties exists significantdifference in gender, professional type, and there is no significant difference in school type and family lives.(3)College students’ career decision-making level and vocationalselection anxiety are positively correlated. Career decision-makingdifficulties of college students and vocational selection anxiety arepositively correlated. College students’ career decision-making level andcareer decision-making difficulties are positively correlated.(4)Career decision-making difficulties can positively predictvocational selection anxiety, it accounts for48.7%of the variance invocational selection anxiety.(5)Influence of career decision-making level is not entirelystraightforward vocational selection anxiety. Career decision-makingdifficulties play a mediation role between career decision-making leveland vocational selection anxiety.The conclusion is that the questionnaire has good reliability andvalidity, and it could be used for the research. Career decision-makingdifficulties are an important variable to predict vocational selectionanxiety. Career decision-making difficulties have a complete mediationeffect between career decision-making level and vocational selectionanxiety.
