Study On The Function Of Ideological And Political Education Of The University Official Micro-blog

With the development of science and technology, our society has access to a time of new media, which represented by the micro-blog on the internet. The universities in China, being famous for their keeping the pace of progress, have been operating their official micro-blog as well. The universities actively open official micro-blog, grasping the position of ideological and political education, clarifying its function that can guide the college students’ political attitude, ideological and moral concepts, the value orientation, and playing an important significance for the students’ healthy growth. Using the university official micro-blog can provide the innovation of the forms in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, enhancing the infectivity and effectiveness of times’ education. Therefore, researching on the function of ideological and political education of the university official micro-blog, giving full play at the ideological and political education, are not only the objective requirements of keeping up with the development of times, but also the inevitable demands to well perform the education on micro-blog time, guiding the correct public opinion of the times.This article, based on elaborating on the meaning, characters of the official micro-blog of universities, believes that the official micro-blog have the function of orientation on ideology and public opinion, the function of warmth interactive enlightenment, the function of encouraging cohesive micro-energy, the function of caring education, the function of opening and sharing convergence, and the function of real time evaluation feedback. And within the article, the SPSS19.0and the probability statement statistics of Excel, cross-tab analysis and chi square test were applied to the questionnaire statistics of the status on19universities in Guangxi province, combining with the Chinese University micro-blog Development Report which published by the internet science research center of WHU and Tencent micro-blog. Based on the two statistics, the article objectively analyzes and concludes the function status that those micro-blog operates, and dissects the factors that affects the function exertion. Through empirical study statistics and material research, the administration of organizations should be reinforced by enhancing the "micro-consciousness"; exerting the bloggers’ leading role by promoting the "micro-ability"; conducting the fans through actual effect; improving attraction by content and form innovation; setting up the agenda actively for seizing the propagation rule. And via those five aspects, proposes the methods for the propulsion of the micro-blog functions on the ideological and political education in colleges that is well-building, well-managing, well-treated and well-exerting the micro-blog. For the purpose of making the official micro-blog become the place that students like to express, the conductors and explainers that accompanies the students in growing up.
