Promoting the Institutionalization of Teachers ’ Ethics construction, which is theinner requirement of socialist democracy-legal construction, and a meaning of the title thatcan promote the development of Chinese Education, is the important path to solve thecurrent problems of Teachers’ Ethics in our country. The Institutionalization of Teachers’Ethics construction, refers to a variety of ethical problems to solve in the field of teachers’activities, the system as a method meaned throughout the whole process ofInstitutionalization, to play its scientific nature, objectivity and stability advantages andrigid regulation, reduce man-made subjectivity, variety, low efficiency in real life, which ismanifested moral principles and ethics of the teaching profession to have a certain forcesystem form, soft constraints are hard constraints of self-discipline, heteronomy, voluntaryobligation, in order to improve a practice teacher virtue construction effect.A Study on Ontology of the Institutionalization of Teachers’ Ethics Construction, isthe three aspects of connotation-characteristic, value-function, strategy-processe ofteachers’ ethics construction institutionalization, and reveals its ideal form, sequence ofevents and operation of the process of a cognitive academic inquiry. First of all, in essence,the Institutionalization of Teachers’ Ethics Construction is a blend of teachers’ morality,occupation ethics, academic ethics "three in one" system, and the goal is clear,highlighting the differences between objects, complex process of Ideological and politicaleducation. Secondly, from the view of reason, the Institutionalization of Teachers’ EthicsConstruction is product of morality construction standardization and efficient internalimpetus,and the state, society, schools at all levels of the external driving force, with thevalue of ideological education, moral education, team construction and the function ofmoral judgment, norms of behavior, teacher management. Finally, from the practice pointof view, the Institutionalization of Teachers’ Ethics Construction need to adhere to thepeople-oriented, advancing with the times, scientific principles, which should be basedon long-term, strengthen supervision and pay attention to the investigation, evaluation,system establishment, implementation and feedback four links organically, endeavor tobuild a long-term mechanism construction.
