Along with the advancement of teacher specialization, the teachers’professional ethic as the core of teacher specialization get the new value, andis getting from the general professional value of teachers to teacher’sprofessional ethics. Teaching is complex, and need professional standard.Teachers’ professional ethics is a code of conduct in the professional educationteaching work by teacher. The meaning of this norm is not only conferred torules making, but also the teachers’ professional practice. It focuses on teacher’sindividual moral responsibility and ethical responsibility of teachers’professional community, and the implementation issues. Primary school studentsare in an important period, the teachers’ words and deed have a significant, evena lifetime effect on them. Teachers’ professional ethics, therefore, put forward more strict requirements to teachers in primary schools. In a real situation,however, do primary school teachers abide by the teachers’ professional ethics?Otherwise, are there teacher’s professional ethics problems? What is the causeof the problems? How do we strengthen the construction of primary schoolteachers’ professional ethics?In this article, the first part will examine the connotation of teachers’professional ethics and its difference with teachers’ professional ethics, and putforward the theory basis and the content of primary school teachers’ professionalethics construction for the deepening understanding of teachers’ professionalethics. This section provides of the elementary school teachers’ professionalethics construction.The second part of the article, investigated the120in-service elementaryschool teachers in Fushun for the teacher’s view of the current situation ofprimary school teachers’ professional ethics construction. In addition, the authorgets into the classroom, and went through every primary school teachers ofdifferent ethics, to show the fact in the teachers’ professional ethics in educationpractice. The third part is the survey and analysis of results from second chapter,summed up the current problems of elementary school teachers’ professionalethics construction, and analyzes the reasons for these problems, and providesreference for strengthening the construction of elementary school teachers’professional ethics.The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures to strengthenconstruction in view of the problems existing in the primary school teachers’professional ethics construction in our country and the reason analysis. Mainlyfrom four aspects: update of elementary school teachers’ professional ethics idea,improve teacher training system, set up effective teachers’ professional ethicsnorm, and create a campus culture of ethical standard.The final conclusion puts forward the direction of research further in-depthstudy.
