Long history of development of competitive sports in the world, sprint as one of the world’s most ancient sports, the sports level has got great development. World record refresh every time let’s limit the movement of human put forward higher requirements, improve the sports level of athletes, and the overall teaching level of the coaches are put forward higher requirements.Our country’s relative countries such as the United States, Jamaica sprint performance gap is still large, in sports training in our country will face more challenge. In this study, on the basis of the strength training practice in our country refer to a large amount of data, found that stocks after muscle group in improving sprint performance is critical, and after initiation of muscle group of research in China in recent years has been to stay after initiation of muscle damage causes and prevention, to strengthen the stock after muscle strength training method of study is less, the training method of the weak is the most important breakthrough of this study. At first, this paper USES the literature material law, expert interview method to stocks after muscle group theory has carried on the scientific analysis, on the basis of combining the characteristics of modern sprint technique, according to the development trend and the trend of modern sprint project strength training, which leads to the stock after the importance of muscles in sprint events, a single training method and is easy to damage, etc; Then, from the solution of shares after muscle group learning characteristics, the Angle of exercise physiology characteristics after muscle muscle structure are analyzed, on the characteristics of its role in sprint speed and movement and force of technology features are analyzed; Finally, design shares after the combination of muscle strength training method, and through experiment contrast, test in this paper, the design of shares after muscle group training combination method is scientific and effective.This paper, taking shandong ningyang one16track and field sprint athletes as the research object, is divided into the experimental group and control group, the selection of the targeted the test project and three months of training, periodically on two groups of athletes before and after the experiment data were analyzed.Data comparison, analysis the following conclusions and Suggestions:(1) conclusion:the experimental group athletes physical quality, special and shares after muscle group bearing load with a large range test scores are higher than that of control group, except for the standing long jump there was no significant difference between two groups of test scores growth, other data index between two groups have significant difference, so the new design after initiation of muscle training combination method is scientific and effective.(2) advice:choose to have targeted several development shares after muscle strength training methods, depending on the stage of training, strictly control the training intensity and volume, in addition to pay attention to the restorative practice of shares after muscle group, at the end of the training arrangement of muscle relaxation, let the strength training to achieve better effect, for the following special practice.
