Teachers’ specialization is the need of economic development and social progress, andalso the requirement of education reform and development, as well as the pursuit ofimproving teachers’ professional status and inner life value. In recent years, the problem ofkindergarten teachers’ specialization is attracting more and more people’s attention. However, among these studies, the research of the construction of the unified kindergartenteachers’ professional ethics is relatively rare and inadequate. Although our country haschanged the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional ethics for four timessuccessively, and issued the kindergarten teachers’ professional standards (trial) in2011,recently the ministry of education has issued the treatment method of primary and secondaryschool teachers’violation of ethical behavior (draft), to solicit comments from all sectors ofsociety. Now that the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional ethics has beenissued, why should they publish the normative documents again? It is true that in terms ofthe present situation of our ethics norms, this is also the important measures to improveteachers’ professional ethics. The theoretical part firstly analyzes the new demands of the preschool teachers’professional development on preschool teachers’ professional ethics, and then reveals thehistorical necessity of the construction of preschool teachers’ professional ethics from theperspective of teachers’ professionalization. The comparative study part mainly analyzescomparatively both the domestic and abroad teachers’ professional ethics (mainly taking thepreschool teachers’ professional ethics of the United States of America’s national associationof preschool education for instance) and the present situation of the development of thepreschool teachers’ professional ethics in our country, and investigates whether kindergartenteacher’s ethics has the feasibility to formulate the unified standard. Finally through theinvestigation of preschool teachers’ approval of ethics and confusion faced by professionalethics, the essay comes to the conclusion that we should strengthen the construction ofpreschool teachers’ professional ethics in the perspective of development.
