The professional ethics of teachers is an important part of the development of teachers' specialization, and it is a special ethical characteristic that teachers in this profession should have when they engage in relevant professional activities, the development level of teachers' professional ethics plays a basic and leading role in the whole process of teachers' professional development.Teachers' professional ethics is an important field of modern ethics research. However,On the one hand, the empirical research on ‘Teachers' Professional Ethics' is,to some degree, still deficient in China, especially when it comes to the research on normal university students' identification with the professional ethics of teachers. On the other hand, the problem of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics has been brought into focus in recent years. It is of great practical significance to improve the professional ethics education pre-service teachers receive through research.Corresponding improvement countermeasures and suggestions are raised in this thesis according to the investigation into preschool education undergraduates',identification with ‘Teachers' Professional Ethics',and the exploration of factors that affect their professional ethics identity. The main problems this thesis studies include how the pre-school students identify with the professional ethics of teachers, and whether there are any differences in that identification among groups of subjects classified by demographics and What measures we should taken in response to the questions raised during the investigation. In addition to consulting relevant literature and referring to the theory of teachers' professional ethics, this thesis draws on the existing questionnaire of ZhongRui from Zhejiang Normal University, and compiles the questionnaire of pre-school education undergraduates' identification with teachers professional ethics after preliminary test and analysis.347 undergraduates who major in Pre-school Education at Shanghai S University were selected to conduct a survey, and 8 of them were selected to conduct interviews,in order to understand their identification with the professional ethics of teachers. The results show that:(1)the overall identity of‘Teachers' Professional Ethics' is relatively higher,(ranking between "generalidentity" and "complete identity").(2)significant differences include gender, grade, whether the students have internship experience and have learned about Teacher's Ethics in the courses they have taken as well as whether they have taken the initiative to get relevant knowledge.(3)in the four dimensions of the survey, there are more or less specific problems to be solved and improved, such as low sensitivity to special young children, disapproval of individual parents' practice, lack of understanding of the specific content of professional ethics of teachers, etc.Based on the results of investigation and analysis, the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First, the pre-school education undergraduates themselves should constantly improve their self-cultivation;Second,as for the educational and teaching environment,it is necessary to create ethical-based campus; The third the courses related to ‘Teachers' Professional Ethics' should be given while the contents related to ‘Teachers' Professional Ethics' should be involved in the teaching of professional courses;Fourth, the corresponding evaluation method of ‘Teachers' Professional Ethics' needs to be established so as to improve ‘Teachers' Professional Ethics' cognition in practice.
