The Relationship And Empirical Research Between Local Universitise Engineering Students’ Business Management Ablity And Innovative Ablity

According to the report issued by ministry of education,many graduate student will comeinto socity. Their abilities to innovate are directly related to national science and technology,economic development level,；innovation is also an important driving force of economicdevelopment, so that the research on students’ innovative ability has important theoretical andpractical significance. Reasons are as follow:Firstly, the paper summarizes the previous understanding of innovation、 targetesengineering students’ ability of innovation and sums up the underlying factors that affect theability to innovate.In the middle part of paper,therr is a theoretical derivation for thesubsequent design of the questionnaire, for each measure were science scale questionnaire.Inthe paper ’s empirical research part,use multiple regression analysis to prove the correctnessof the original hypotheses.Secondly, the questionnaires are developed to measure Hebei engineering etudents fromthe five aspects: innovation: business management, engineering operative ability, personalinnovativeness and cultural factors, the questionnaire has good reliability validity andreliability, thus the further expanding the scope of investigation finds that engineeringstudents’ innovative ability is average, but in general, the relative importance of themanagement capacity, operational capability, personal characteristics and cultural factorsand personal innovativeness have a strong positive impact on ther innovative ability whichmeans stronger personal innovative qualities,more likely to innovate; local culture is moreconducive to innovate,the more successful innovation there will be.Finally,based on the data analysis, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions:In view of the important role of business management ability in the innovative process as wellas well-known western universities adopting social science in curriculum of engineeringstudents, hence， it is recommended that add team management, information systemsmanagement, laws and other aspects in the curriculum of engineering students; improve theability of the project operation training, universities can set up engineering design center,factory or establish training relationship between corporate and students in order toenhance students’ practical skills; living environment at the university should be paid extreamattention to maintain individualities, cultivate divergent thinking parterns, focus on students’courage to turn their mind into practice.
