Today, 16 years after the women’s volleyball team again won the silver medal at the World Championship, this is the result of hard work, the Chinese women’s volleyball team to forge ahead, to the volleyball in China and even the development of sports play a huge role in promoting. At the same time, behind the glory, it is not difficult finding between China women’s volleyball team and world strong teams in the current still exists a certain gap, the gap is mainly reflected in the use of technical and tactical. The conclusions are as follows:1.In the world championships, The Chinese women’s volleyball team occupy the advantage in the comparison of age, height, spike height and block height, but in the game because the players are young(24.29), is lack of experience in the same specification, high error rate, the new players are still a problem in the current China women’s volleyball team in the process of gradual development and mature of medium2.At the world championships in women’s volleyball, the net rate of the Chinese women’s volleyball is 0.01,-0.01 and-0.10, less than-0.02 of the Brazil women’s volleyball and women’s volleyball team in Italy in 0.01, and America women’s volleyball net rate equal; attack broke serve times were 19 times, 49 times and 32 times, 31 times lower than that of the Brazil women’s volleyball and women’s volleyball USA 42, slightly higher than the Italy women’s volleyball team for the 47 time.
